Importance of Leadership Skill, Education & Patriotism

The Leadership Skill of a community Leader is the capacity to perform a task that is beneficial to the said community.

Education is the process of imparting knowledge, Skill and judgement.

Also, Patriotism is the selfless desire or love of oneself, country, devotion to the welfare of one’s compatriots; passion which inspires one to serve one country.

For a community to be developed Technologically, Scientifically, Agriculturally, Educationally, the Leadership Skill of the community leaders must be at a high peak.

Leadership Skill could also be referred as the qualities that should be imparted in the advancement of a community.

Leadership Skill comprises of the ability to discern the various opinion, suggestion or policy that should be suitable for the rapid development of the community.

Education is the ability to transfer knowledge or Skill to another human being in a suitable condition of learning.

The act of education does not necessary require a classroom setting but a process to influence another human being.

Education is an important root in the advancement of a community as it orientates and enlightens another human being towards the same mindset.

Education must not be devoid  of the culture and tradition of the community.

Concluding, Patriotism is an ability that is easier said than done. Though, it aids a community to easily assimilate its plans for growth and development.

The basic form of Patriotism is the ability to protect and honor the image of your community wherever you reside on earth.■
